Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In original packaging

Custom or personalized items (such as initial charms) may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at care@natashalaiyli.store with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return label.

We cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
