What kind of products do you make?
Natasha + Laiyli Studio offers handmade pieces including bag charms, jewelry, and home décor. Each item is crafted with care and designed to feel expressive, elegant, and giftable.

Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. All items are handmade using carefully selected materials. Slight variations may occur and are part of the charm of handmade work.

Do you accept custom orders?
Not at this time, but new collections and designs are added regularly. Be sure to check back for new releases.

Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you offer rush shipping?
Rush shipping is not available at the moment. Please place orders early if needed by a specific date.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We cover the cost of return shipping. If something isn't quite right, reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?
